Fees are flexible and competitive, while reflecting our high standard of advice and service. Commonly we charge using hourly rates arrangements. Our barristers’ hourly rates vary, taking into account the seniority of the barrister, the type of work and the value of the work. Fixed fee and budget arrangements may be agreed on a case-by-case basis, to take account of circumstances.

From 31st January 2013 barrister members will carry out all work under the Bar Council approved NCT (The (New) Standard Contractual Terms for the supply of Legal Services by barristers to Authorised Persons) unless otherwise agreed.
